Survey Readiness Inventory
The Survey Readiness Inventory was developed by Seghers Survey Consulting to help organizations determine if and when they should consider deploying an employee survey and, if so, what they need to do before communicating and using the survey results. It will also help frame the areas/issues that need special attention.
Collecting employee survey data is an excellent way to gain insights into the current functioning of your organization from a unique perspective – that of the employee. Collecting survey data is easy. Even using survey results to identify problem areas is also relatively easy. However, involving employees in the development of effective action plans can be difficult if the proper infrastructure is not present.
The Survey Readiness Inventory is composed of four sections:
· Needs Assessment – What is the current state of the work environment?
· Employee Survey Experience – How effectively have you used employee surveys in the past?
· Management Readiness – Are managers and supervisors equipped to lead the survey process effectively?
· Employee Readiness – Are employees willing and able to generate useful information and develop effective action plans?
The Survey Readiness Inventory is free to use and there is no obligation. It will take you about 10 - 15 minutes to complete. We do need your contact information so that we may email a brief results report to you – usually within 24 - 48 hours.
