This is a 10 question survey to add to the knowledge about the need for continuing and professional education in social marketing. It asks about your social marketing education and experience. Please answer all questions so we can crosstab responses to your degree fields, years of work, and work setting.

The survey allows multiple responses per computer. If you leave the survey you will be taken to the point where you left off.

All questions are optional but please do answer all the questions. Responses are anonymous and identifying information, if given, is strictly confidential. Data collected will not be shared except combined to make an aggregate report.

Because the questions and results of your survey may contain confidential information about you, it is important for you to understand the security issues involved. All of your responses will be stored on secured servers. None of your individual data will be released to without your approval.

Your answers will only used without your name or identifiers. They will only be combined with others in a statistical database to add to the knowledge of training needs in social marketing.
