1. What is an Integrated Community Sustainability Plan?
The Integrated Community Sustainability Plan (ICSP) is an opportunity to consider the future and to think about the full range of possibilities for sustainability.
It is a long-term plan, developed in consultation with community members. It identifies a vision for the future of the community that will enable residents to achieve objectives they have for the environmental, cultural, social, economic, and governmental sustainability. The ICSP is a tool that will help to plan and prioritize how the Federal Gas Tax Agreement and other sources will be distributed in order to achieve the sustainability goals of the community.
