Novarica ACE (Average Customer Experience) Ranking is designed to collect quantitative feedback from insurers and financial institutions about their experience as customers of specific technology vendor solutions.

Insurers and financial institutions are invited to submit references on specific vendor solutions. Once five references have been received, Novarica will publish a Novarica ACE Ranking for that solution.

Executives who participate in ranking a vendor solution will be kept anonymous. However, they must provide a company email address so that Novarica can validate their responses with them prior to publication. This information will be kept confidential and will not be used for other purposes.

Executives may provide rankings for multiple solutions by completing the survey multiple times. Participants may choose between a copy of the ranking report or a $500 credit for any other Novarica report. There is no limit to the number of solutions that an executive may provide feedback on, and each response will result in an additional $500 credit.
