The City of Los Angeles has retained KH Consulting Group (KH) and our subcontractor Woolpert to help with Development Reform - process improvements, technology upgrades, and cultural and organizational change.
This survey is designed to gather your ideas on how to improve the development process in the City of Los Angeles. The over-arching goal is to make Los Angeles the best place to live, work, and visit.
Our effort will be aimed at a strategic set of changes so the development process that is efficient, transparent, and consistent. Instead of a traditional consultant report, the final product will be a Strategic Plan with Action Plans that outline what should be done, why it should be done, who should do it, and when it should happen. We will begin the implementation of short-term recommendations and position the City departments to sustain progressive change going forward.
The length of this survey depends on the number and detail of the ideas that you share with us. We will have the survey open until March 31, 2011, but we would like your input as soon as possible so we can incorporate your ideas early in the process. KH will maintain your anonymity.
Remember, you can go back to previous pages in the survey and update existing responses until the survey is finished or until you have exited the survey. After the survey is finished, you will not be able to re-enter the survey.
