Parent Questionnaire 2010

It is that time of year again when we kindly ask parents to complete our annual questionnaire. Parental feedback is an essential part of our evaluation process, enabling us to acknowledge our successes but also recognise that there may be things we need to improve. Your opinions do count and many of the changes which have occurred over the last few years have been driven by your views.

The questionnaire should only take 5 minutes to complete. If you have more than one child at the school, please fill in a separate questionnaire for each, as your views and experiences may differ from child to child. If you fill in a paper questionnaire please do not complete an online version as well.

(1) Please select the year group of the child to which these views refer.
